The program opened this week with a look back at last week's GMW Tag Team Championship match where Aaron Morrison and Antonio Thomas decisively became the new GMW Tag Champs. The opening contest this week featured the roughneck from the tough part of Holyoke, MA in Holyoke Joe. Joe's opponent this week was a young man who's been tearing up the independent scene for the past couple of years, and someone making his GMW debut, "Sudden Impact" Dylan Kage. While Joe resorted to a lot of the tactics that he's accustomed to in Holyoke, Kage was just that much quicker and that much smarter. The end for Joe came courtesy of a "Sudden Impact" spinning heel kick. Kage is victorious in his first match for Green Mountain Wrestling!
Up next, a special back in time feature looked at the turmoil in the women's division of GMW. The feature finished off with Women's Champion Trinity H. Campbell's ruthless assault of newcomer Talia on a recent GMW-TV show. Talia was surely a goner, until a save by Mercedes Martinez. Mercedes subsequently challenged Campbell for the strap, "anytime and anywhere". Well, it just so happens that "anytime and anywhere" are coming up next!
This match had a lot of give and take on both sides. In the early going, Martinez hit a textbook hurancanrana on Campbell. After following it up with a running cartwheel to the corner, Campbell caught Martinez by the neck and deposited the challenger to the canvas with a vicious bulldog. Some time later, Mercedes hit the champion with a great cross body off the top rope, but only managed a two count. Martinez went to the well once too often and went back to the top and was promptly chokeslammed by Campbell for her efforts. At this point, Talia came to ringside. Partially to but the bad mouth on the champ, but also to serve as a distraction for Mercedes. As Campbell was distracted by Talia, Martinez snuck up behind the champion and hit her with a tremendous side suplex. Mercedes then hooked Trinity's leg and scored the pinfall victory to regain the GMW Women's Championship!
